Lauren Bourdon

Clinical Director

Lauren is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst with over 10 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and related disorders in early intervention, home, residential, and school-based settings. She has a clinical interest in staff training to ensure the delivery of high-quality compassionate ABA services that produce meaningful outcomes for every child.

Lauren has seen that the best outcomes are achieved when all stakeholders in a child’s life are involved in ABA treatment. This includes coordination of care with all related service providers and family/caregiver support to ensure skills that are learned during ABA are carried over into all aspects of a child’s environment. Lauren believes that all children can learn the skills they need to thrive in their lives.
