FAQs

What qualifications do Rising Above ABA’s clinicians and autism specialists hold?

Every clinical supervisor on our team is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) with advanced degrees in behavior analysis or related disciplines. Our direct-care Behavior Technicians complete rigorous paid orientation, background checks, and continuous hands-on training under direct BCBA supervision.

How does Rising Above ABA support its BCBAs and Behavior Technicians?

We prioritize high quality of care over volume by enforcing ethical caseloads for our BCBAs, giving them the time needed to tailor individualized treatment plans. Additionally, we foster a collaborative culture through continuous clinical mentoring, paid continuing education (CEUs), and structured supervision for our frontline technicians.

How do your autism specialists collaborate with parents and other healthcare providers?

We believe the best outcomes happen when care is fully aligned. Our specialists actively involve parents through regular caregiver training and coordinate care with your child's teachers, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists. To see how our team integrates caregiver support into care, learn about our step-by-step treatment process for autism.

Where do your specialists provide ABA therapy services?

Our team provides care across multiple environments depending on your child's goals—including home-based therapy, community settings, and center-based care at our flagship Norwell Center in Norwell, MA. You can explore our complete range of ABA therapy programs to see which setting best fits your family's routine.
