FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this program only for children with autism?

No. The School Readiness Program is designed for both neurodivergent and neurotypical children — especially kids who thrive with structured, play-based learning and individualized attention as they prepare for school.

How are children placed into a group?

Placement is based on a developmental assessment so the setting always matches your child’s needs — whether that’s the more individualized Caterpillar Crew or the more group-based Blooming Butterflies.

Do you take insurance?

Yes. Rising Above ABA is in-network with MassHealth and most major commercial insurers in Massachusetts. Our intake team will verify your benefits and walk you through any out-of-pocket costs before you start — no surprises.

How long is the waitlist?

Most families wait far less with us than the three-month waitlists common across Massachusetts. Our goal is to move you from first contact to your child’s first session in about six weeks.

Or call (781) 414-5940 to speak with our intake team.
