Behavior Technician

      

Location: In-home based settings (Boston)

      

Supervision: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

      

Role and Responsibilities:

      

Program Implementation: Deliver ABA therapy to enhance communication, self-help, social, and play skills.

      

Family Interaction: Communicate professionally with families.

      

Client Engagement: Keep clients motivated and engaged in learning.

      

Progress Tracking: Accurately record and monitor client progress.

      

Behavior Management: Manage and address challenging behaviors as they arise.

      

Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.

      

Travel: Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required.

      

Qualifications:

      

Education: High school diploma required.

      

Experience: Previous experience working with children in the ABA Therapy field is essential.

      

Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written.

      

Background Check: Required.

      

Physical Requirements:

      

Activities: Ability to walk, occasionally run, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, twist, reach above head, pull, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds.

      

Work Environment: Engage in floor play with children or in child-sized settings.

      

Safety: Diligently ensure the safety of the patient and environment; quick and sudden movements may be needed.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

      

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

BCBA Responsibilities and Requirements:

      
            
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  •         
  • Active, unencumbered BCBA Certification
  •         
  • Active, unencumbered MA LABA
  •         
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  •         
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •         
  • Passionate about impacting the lives of children & families through ABA Therapy, driven to continue to support, develop, and mentor Behavior Technicians.
